Yoga Course Catering

Breakfast for yoga participants

Sweet Journey recently catered for a 7-day yoga course at St Kilda. Vegetarian breakfasts and lunches were provided, and, keeping in line with the healthy and holistic activity, a nutritious and wholesome menu was prepared.

Breakfasts consist of:
Fruits
Bircher muesli or Breakfast parfait

Fruits platter


Kitchari


Lunches were:
Vegetables curry
Brown basmati rice
Salad
Multigrain bread
