Sweet Journey's version of curried egg sandwich - boiled eggs mashed with finely chopped red onion, chopped coriander, curry powder, cayenne, mustard, salt and pepper. Sandwiched between buttered slices of bread, spread with lime mayonnaise and watercress on one and mango chutney on the other.
Perfect for an afternoon tea party.
